This video introduces the Triality of human consciousness and guides the viewer in a visual Heart-Opening Breath meditation.

Red mother earth essence is brought up into the heart while white father sky essence is brought down into the heart. Then the two are mixed together to form pink love essence in the heart. Finally, the pink-loving essence is expanded to encompass the entire person to infuse them with love.

After the full guided meditation is shared a simplified method is presented. This simpler method can be used whenever you would like to reopen your heart.
